This Court notes the submissions made on behalf of the parties that by virtue of the Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 10th April, 2017, the respondent herein has paid an amount of Rs. 20 lakh to the appellant, towards full and final settlement of the amounts, due and payable by the respondents, which is subject matter of the present appeal.
