Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.09.2024, entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, has been placed on record. They, therefore, pray that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.09.2024.

Having perused the Settlement Agreement dated 13.09.2024, we dispose of the appeal by directing that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.09.2024, making it clear that the impugned order will no longer be enforceable. 3.
