Learned counsel for the appellant states that the instant intra-Court appeal may be disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement arrived at between the appellant and the respondent No.4/ Food Corporation of India, dated 14.01.2009 which is available at page No.217 of the paper book of this appeal.

Accordingly, the instant LPA is disposed of in terms of the said settlement dated 14.01.2009 which was sent by the General Manager (P&IR) of the Food Corporation of India, Headquarters at Delhi to the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Office of Regional Labour Commissioner (Central), New Delhi vide his letter dated 14.01.2009.
