After brief arguments, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition but stated that no observation made in the impugned order dated 10.04.2024 shall prejudice the case of the petitioner who is tenant before the trial court.

The present petition along with pending applications is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that no observation made in the order dated 10.04.2024 shall affect the rights and contentions of the petitioner/tenant before the trial court.
