At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the allegations are not supported by any corroborative evidence, he would take all arguments before the learned Trial Court at the time of arguments on charge. He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
