Learned counsel for the petitioner, while realising the fact that the representation/complaint in question was made on 24.06.2024, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the said representation before the competent authority.

He further prays that the petitioner be also granted liberty to re-agitate the issue after a reasonable period of time, if no action is taken or his grievance is not mitigated.
