The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by an Order dated 11.02.2025, the Confirming Authority has affirmed the finding of the GSFC, which had in turn found the petitioner 'Not Guilty' of the charges.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state, in case there is no other impediment to the release of the retiral benefits of the petitioner, the same should be released to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
