% 16.03.2018 I.A. 3657/2018 Present application has been filed by the plaintiffs' counsel seeking discharge. The application is supported by a personal affidavit of the counsel for the plaintiffs.

In the present application it has been stated that the plaintiffs are neither giving any instruction nor responding to the e-mails sent by the counsel. Along with the application, one such e-mail has been enclosed. In view of aforesaid, present application is allowed and the counsel for the plaintiffs is discharged.

CS(COMM) 424/2018 & I.A. 5570/2015 Since none appears for the plaintiff and no amendment application has been filed despite the plaintiff being given liberty to file the same vide order dated 23rd November, 2017, present suit and application are dismissed in default and on account of non-prosecution.
