Contempt petition bearing CONT.CAS(C) No. 1449/2024 filed by the present petitioner has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2024, whereby, it has been recorded that since the admission to the petitioner has already been granted, there was no necessity to keep the contempt petition pending.

The aforesaid position is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. However, he submits that the respondent-School be further directed to extend all necessary benefits in accordance with the extant policy.
