Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the parties to the appeal have arrived at an amicable settlement vide Settlement dated 6th May, 2024. The same has been placed on record. 2.
It is submitted that since the parties have compromised and settled the matter, nothing is left for further adjudication in the matter and thus the instant RFA may be disposed of in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 6th May, 2024.

Mr.Inderjeet, Ms.Jasvinder Kaur, Ms.Harpreet Kaur, Mr.Tajinder Singh and Mr.Charanjeet Singh, i.e., the appellants No.1, 2 and 4 to 6 except Ms.Gurmeet Kaur, i.e., appellant No.3, are present in person and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Mr.Sanjay Mongia and Karan Chadha, the respondents no. 1 and 2 are also present in person and have been identified by their counsel. 5.
In reply to a specific Court query, the parties present in person have categorically stated that they have entered into the settlement of their own free will without any pressure or coercion from any quarter and they also undertook to abide by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submitted that in terms of order dated 29th August, 2023 the entire amount, i.e., Rs.15,00,000/- already stands deposited and the said factum is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. It is further submitted that in terms of paragraph 2 of the settlement agreement, the interest component of Rs.6,75,000/- shall be deposited within two weeks. 7.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents prayed for two weeks' time to file an appropriate application seeking withdrawal of the entire amount so deposited by the appellant after deposit of the interest component as per the settlement agreement. The said prayer is not opposed on behalf of the appellants.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the parties appearing in person and perused the Settlement Agreement dated 6th May, 2024.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and the Settlement, the application is allowed and the instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 6th May, 2024 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the instant appeal and the parties are also directed to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

The appeal along with pending applications, if any, stands disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 6th May, 2024. The date 23rd July, 2024 stands cancelled.
