Mr. Aroraa, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the respondent itself has undertaken to remove the boundary wall to the height specified in the unified building bye-laws and accordingly, he requested for 30 days‟ time.

He has placed on record three undertakings.

The Registry is directed to place those undertakings on record. 6.

respondent-Corporation to take necessary action in view of the undertakings given by the respondent-Corporation.
