The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "i. to pass an order thereby setting aside/reverse the order dated "7th march 2023, criminal revision no. 544/2022 by ld. Session judge ,sh Dharmesh Sharma, Principal District & Session Judge (NOD) Patiala House Courts, New Delhi:.. titled as Geeta Kaushik Vs. State & Anr, and.

ii. the hon'ble court may be pleased to direct a proper investigation into the matter, so that the offences (section 1208 or 34 of I.P.C) which have escaped the scrutiny of the lower courts are brought on record.

iii. to Direct the 1.0. of FIR No. 125/2010, PS Connaught Place, New Delhi to conduct free, fair and impartial investigation into the matter; record statement of the relevant witnesses; collect the material evidence and seize the same and file the additional charge sheet against all the accused persons as per the offences committed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
