% 16.02.2016 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking an appropriate writ of habeas corpus to the respondents directing them to produce Smt. Renu, daughter of Sh. Prabhu Dayal.

Notice. Mr.Mehra, Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. He submits that based on the advance copy having been served, Renu has been produced in Court. Renu submits that she has not married the petitioner. She submits that she is residing with her parents voluntarily and she has no connection with the petitioner whatsoever.

She further submits that the averments made in the petition by the petitioner are false.
