% 23.01.2025 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have granted provisional admission to the petitioner without prejudice to their contentions, and it is submitted that DOE has wrongly allotted the petitioner to the School. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regarding the allotment of the students by the DOE to the petitioner's school is a subject matter of the writ petition bearing W.P.(C) 17824/2024 titled Aadharshila Vidyapeeth v. Govt. of NCT of Delhi Directorate of Education. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes that the school is conscious of the right and the welfare of the petitioner, and they have granted provisional admission to the petitioner.
