A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS has been filed for the modification of the Order dated 29.05.2024 vide which the respondent has permitted the release of the petitioner on first spell of furlough on furnishing a personal bond in lieu of one surety bond before the Jail Superintendent. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the uncontrolled information that he has received, the petitioner has already been released on furlough.

Nothing more survives in the present petition which is hereby disposed of.
