Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has handed over a copy of the Health Trade License issued by the Public Health Department, Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), in favour of the petitioner. 2.

The said Health Trade License in favour of the petitioner is valid from 28th March, 2025 to 31st March, 2026.

The same is taken on record.

Therefore, the present writ petition which had been filed by the petitioner, for renewal of his Health Trade License, stands satisfied.
