By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: "...a). Issue Writ of Mandamus thereby directing the PS- Kirti Nagar, Delhi Police to take appropriate action in lawful manner in Complaint No 45A dates 26.07.2023 seeing the grave of offences .proofs and admission of crime by Respondents in the interest of Justice..."

At the outset, learned ASC (Crl.) for the State submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, an FIR has been registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B IPC on 06.03.2024.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly alongwith pending application.
