% 21.10.2019 Vide the present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks regular bail in pursuance to FIR No.333/2018 registered at Police Station Karol Bagh for the offences punishable under section 420/506/120B/419/34 IPC. Keeping in view the fact that the applicant is the main accused, who collected the money from different persons on the assurance that he being the Deputy Commissioner of MCD and having good relations with the Commissioner, therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The applications are accordingly dismissed.
