Mr. Tej Pratap, learned counsel for respondent (plaintiff before the learned Trial Court) appears through video conferencing. 2.

It has been jointly apprised by both the sides that the matter has been amicably settled under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi.

Settlement agreement dated 11.07.2024 is also on record. 4.

It is also apprised that in terms of settlement, the plaintiff has already received the entire payment and he would, eventually, withdraw the suit pending before the learned Trial Court, on the next date of hearing. 5.

In view of above, learned counsel for petitioner herein submits that the present petition may be disposed of as settled in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
