Respondent who appears, along with his counsel, states that interim maintenance only for 3 months is pending, for which respondent could not shore up the funds.

He therefore, undertakes to pay the same before 15th May 2025. He further undertakes that in compliance of order dated 4th July 2019 passed by the Family Court, which had directed the interim maintenance, he shall duly comply with the same on monthly basis, as directed, in order that petitioner does not have to file execution petitions time and again in this regard. 3.

Respondent's undertakings are taken on record. 4.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. 5.
