% 13.02.2018 On the complaint of respondent no.2, FIR No. 2615/2014 under Sections 354D/506/509/341 IPC was registered against the petitioner at police station Shakarpur wherein respondent no.2 alleged that at the relevant time she was in business partnership with petitioner. She was to take money from the petitioner. Petitioner used to misbehave with her. She walked away from the partnership and asked for money at which petitioner abused her. Petitioner also used to stalk her. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sanjeev Kumar of police station Shakarpur. She submits that she has now settled the matter with the petitioner vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 16th January, 2018 of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, has no
objection in case FIR is quashed.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
