On 21.10.2019, when the present appeal was listed for admission, we had indicated that since court fee had not been even applied for much less filed by the appellant, we are not inclined to take up the appeal for preliminary hearing. As a result, the matter was adjourned for today. Even today, the situation remains the same. The appellant has neither applied for the court fee, nor deposited the same.

In the above circumstances, we decline to entertain the present appeal. The same is dismissed as not maintainable alongwith the pending applications.
