Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition in light of the contention of the respondents that the statement in Paragraph 45 of the judgment / order dated 31.07.2023 was adhered to and the petitioners continue to remain posted at Shimla till retirement. Further, all the retirement dues have also been paid to the petitioners as set out in the compliance affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. 2.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application also stands disposed of.
