Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Senior Counsel for the respondent, states on instructions that an e-mail of 17th May 2024, was sent pursuant to order dated 16th May 2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 6675/2024. 2.

The directions were essentially to supply a final assessment list for the year 2024-2025 to the petitioner.

Senior counsel for the respondent states that the final assessment list was provided to them by e-mail dated 17th May 2024, receipt of which, Mr. M.A. Niyazi, Counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute. However, he states that the list, which was provided, was not the final list. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In this regard, senior counsel for the respondent states on instructions that it indeed was a final assessment list and they have no other list. 5.

Aside from this, the assessment list is also available on the portal i.e. www.ndmc.gov.in.

Mr. Niyazi, Counsel for the petitioner, objects to the fact that this is a final assessment list and states that this is in fact a proposed assessment list, since objections have been invited.

He is at liberty to seek his remedies in accordance with law before the Writ Court.

He also states that what is available on the portal is only visible qua the particular assessee and not the entire batch of assessees. 9.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
