Mr. Dalal, counsel for the Petitioner, undertakes that the Petitioner shall abide by all such requirements under law. This statement is taken on record and the Petitioner will be bound by the same. 6.
In view of the above, the present contempt case is disposed of with the following directions:
(a) Petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court, which shall be kept in a fixed deposit, in an auto-renewal mode. Such a deposit shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner and shall be subject to outcome of W.P.(C) 2269/2024.
(b) The Respondents are directed to issue a release order for the vehicle, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the Petitioner furnishing the proof of deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court.
(c) The Petitioner shall produce the vehicle as and when required/directed by the Trial Court.
