Status report has been filed on 24th April 2025, as per which demolition orders were passed on 3rd May 2024 and also on 27th May 2024 and however, Appellate Tribunal for MCD ('ATMCD'), as approached by the owners, passed a stay order on demolition by order dated 7th June 2024, which is still continuing.

Mr. Sriharsha Peechara, Standing Counsel for MCD, states that if the said stay order is vacated, they shall duly take steps in compliance of order dated 29th May 2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (C) No.7994/2024.

get the same revived in case the ATMCD vacates the stay and further action is not taken by the MCD, in this regard.
