This is an Application seeking withdrawal of the present Petition in terms of the settlement arrived at between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 on 07.06.2024. The Bank Draft dated 08.07.2024 in the sum of Rs. 80,000/- in terms of settlement has been handed over to the Petitioner, who appears in person in the Court today.
