% 16.02.2018 The grievance of the petitioner, inter alia, against eviction order passed on 18.12.2017 on the petition (RC/ARC 533/16, old no.111/05) instituted by the respondent on 18.08.2005 is that the admission of the respondent through affidavit sworn on 08.10.2002 about he having transferred the right, title and interest in the subject property by gift deed and other document in favour of his grandson Hitesh Kumar son of Rakesh Kumar has not been considered. After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the captioned petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the Tribunal by review application.
