The present petition under Section 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "i) initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnors in view of wilful disobedience of order dated 17.05.2023, passed by Ld. Ms. Smita Garg, Judge Family Court-Of, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi in MT No. 304/ 2021 and punish him as per law;
ii) direct the Respondent to immediately pay the said due amount so directed in order dated 17.05.2023, by Ld. Ms. Smita Garg, Judge Family Court-01, South East District, Saket Courts, Delhi in MT No. 304/ 2021,alongwith interest thereon @18% p.a, throughout till the date of actual payment to the petitioner; iii) direct the Respondent to pay costs and litigation expense of this petition to the petitioner and further deterrent and punitive costs may also kindly be imposed on Respondent; iv) Any other further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly also be passed in favour of the petitioner and against the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
