The Petitioner has approached this Court primarily stating that the Order dated 03.05.2024 granting bail to Respondent No.2 in FIR No.129/2024 dated 17.04.2024 registered at Police Station Jafrabad for offences under Section 376, 323 & 506 IPC has been violated. 2.

An application seeking to challenge the order granting bail and an application seeking cancellation of bail on the ground that the conditions for granting bail have been violated on two different footings. 3.

Ordinarily a person who seeks to cancel the bail on the ground that the condition of bail has been violated, should approach the very same court which has granted bail rather than approaching the higher court. On the suggestion given by this Court, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to approach the very same Court which granted bail seeking cancellation of the bail contending that the bail condition has been violated. 4.
