% 19.02.2020 The learned counsel for the respondents states with reference to an email dated 17.02.2020 and upon instructions from Mr. Tukaram D. Landge, Labour Officer, who is present in the Court, that the Labour Department has decided to withdraw the impugned Recovery Notice, with liberty to proceed in accordance with law.

In view of the above the impugned Recovery Notice dated 27.06.2009 and Recovery Certificate dated 02.08.2019 issued by respondent no. 1 and all processes initiated with respect thereto, shall be treated as non est. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to take further action as per law.
