Mr. Bhandari, Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions from Inspector Rajesh Kumar Maurya, Police Station Special Staff, states that considering the age of the applicant, no action for the arrest of the applicant is proposed at this stage, subject to him joining and cooperating with the investigation. He submits that as and when any such action is proposed, an appropriate notice for a period of 10 days would be given to the applicant.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application and file afresh in case of any grievance in future. 4.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
