Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 91/2025 under Section 20/29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Narela. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file it afresh after the Charges are framed.

The Prosecution may expedite the FSL Report.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
