The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Quash/cancel/drop out the names ofthe Petitioners No.l & 2 from the array of parties in respect of Criminal Complaint CC No. 5338 of 2023 titled Dev Ashish Chippa Vs. Bharat Jan Kalyan Mission & Ors" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending in the Court of Shri Kawai Singh, Metropolitan Magistrate (NI Act-03) South, Saket Court Complex, New Delhi, filed by the respondent herein, in the interest of justice; (b) Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner for the last 4 dates of hearing as well i.e. 30.01.2024, 01.04.2024, 06.09.2024, 15.01.2025.
