This petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No. 1378/2015 registered at PS Bindapur under Sections 354A/323/379/509/506/34 IPC on the ground of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 22rd June, 2024. 2.
The respondent no.2 is present before the Court duly identified by the parties and states that she does not pursue this case any further and the petitioners has apologized to her in this regard. 3.

undertake that they shall not indulge in any such action in the future. 4.
The issue has clearly arisen out of a private dispute between the parties, who had neighbouring shops and an altercation occurred on that account. 5.
Subject to the undertaking and the petitioners depositing an amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the Delhi High Court Clerks Association, within 3 weeks, the FIR is quashed. Receipt of the deposit will be filed on record within 2 weeks thereafter.

Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 1378/2015 under Sections 354A/323/379/509/506/34 IPC registered at PS Bindapur and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 8.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
