The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "1. Issue notice of Contempt against the respondents for their willful disobedience and non -compliance of the orderdated 13.11.2024passed in W.P. (C) No. 9256 of 2024;

ii. Hold the respondents guilty of Contempt and award punishment as per the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act, on account of their willful and deliberate non-compliance of order dated 13.11.2024 in WP(C) No. 9256/2024: or iii. Pass such order(s) or direction(s) which the Hon'ble Court may deem fir and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case" 3.

24.09.2025, family pension to the petitioner was sanctioned by the competent authority alongwith interest has now been disbursed in the account of the petitioner maintained with SBI on 16.10.2025. Relevant PPO alongwith the bank transaction reflecting the disbursal of the said amount have been handed up in Court today and the same is taken on record. Copy of the same have been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. In case the amount has not been disbursed, the petitioner will be at liberty to revive the present petition.
