The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Take cognizance and initiate proceedings for contempt against the alleged Respondents/ Contemnors and commit the Respondents/ Contemnors to appropriate punishment for wilful disobedience of the Directions/Order passed by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 29.04.2025 in W. P (C) No.5562/2025. b) Pass any such or further orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

of this Court, the following direction was passed: - "11. Having regard to the limited relief pressed, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/DDA to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025(at Annexure P-9) within a period of four weeks by a speaking order. The speaking order so passed may be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent seeks 3 weeks' time to comply with the aforesaid directions. Let the same be done under intimation to the petitioner.
