By virtue of the present application under Order XI Rule 1(c)(ii) and Rule 1(5) read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the plaintiff seeks liberty to bring on record the additional documents vide Dy. No.E-2134366/2025, the same being the orders passed by this Court as also by the Trade Marks Registry.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty for referring and relying upon the aforesaid documents during the course of arguments, if, as and when required at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.

The present application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
