This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ('CPC') for recording of compromise between the parties. 2.

The application is duly signed by the authorised representatives of the parties and their respective counsel.

The terms of the settlement are mentioned in paragraph 3 of the application.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and do not find anything unlawful therein.
