% 29.09.2016 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition. He submits that in case the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi returns a finding that the petitioner had not undertaken unauthorised construction, the petitioner shall rely upon the said finding. If such a finding is returned, it goes without saying that the same shall be looked into by the investigating authority and by the court. Dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti.
