CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 12.10.2015 I.A. No. 21611/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in para 1(a) to (g) of the settlement arrived at before the learned Mediator, which has been signed by the parties and their counsel. Terms of settlement have been marked as Mark 'C-1'. I do not find the terms of settlement to be in conflict with any law. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of Mark 'C-1', which shall form part of the decree. Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs.
Application is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
