% 23.02.2017 IA No. 2390/2017 in O.M.P. 243/2010 Respondent has filed this application for return of the original Arbitral Award and the same is required for the process of due stamping and also for enforcement of the award. It has been submitted that the objections filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 25.01.2017.

Ld. counsel for petitioner submits that no appeal against the order has been preferred by the petitioner.

In these circumstances, Registry is directed to return the original award to the respondent/his counsel, subject to respondent placing certified copy of the award on the court record.

Respondent/his counsel shall appear before AR(Original) for collecting the arbitral award on 14th March, 2017 at 3:30 PM. IA stands disposed off accordingly.
