Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that certain subsequent events have transpired which have not been articulated in the present petition. He further submits that, in light of these subsequent developments, the Petitioner intends to move an appropriate application before the learned Arbitral Tribunal seeking suitable reliefs in relation to the rejection of the amendment application by Order dated 30.03.2024.
