This petition has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a work contract dated 25.10.2018. 2.
It is stated that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended, by mutual consent of the parties, for a period of six months, up to 27.07.2024.

I am informed that final arguments have been concluded and the learned Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the award on 31.05.2024. 4.
Mr. Archit Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent, appears on advance notice, and states that the respondent has no objections to the relief sought.

In view of the above, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months, w.e.f. 28.07.2024. 6.
