O.M.P. (E) (COMM.) 20/2019 This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to summon Mr. M.V. Narasimha Rao, Sr Director, India Operations, Amrsi Classic, 4th Floor, Flat No. 1, 1A, 2 & 2 A, Door No. 9-1-127/4 & 127/4/1, SD Road, Secunderabad-500003, Telangana State on November 13, 2019 before the Arbitral Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to the order dated September 10, 2019 passed by the Arbitral Tribunal wherein in Para 4, the Tribunal has stated as under:

"4. In the aforesaid circumstances, the Tribunal is not inclined to move the Hon'ble Court for assistance in taking evidence. However, it accords approval to the Respondent to apply to the Hon'ble Court keeping in view the specifications set out in Sub-section 2 of Section 27. The application shall be filed latest by 14.10.2019 with copies to the Tribunal and the Claimant.

Further I note, even the respondent herein has also given its consent for summoning Mr. M.V. Narsimha Rao. Noting the same, let summons, dasti as well, be issued to Mr. M.V. Narsimha Rao at the aforesaid address for his appearance before the Arbitral Tribunal on November 13, 2019 at the time and venue to be communicated to the Registry by the counsel for the petitioner within two days.

The petition stands disposed of.
