% 19.02.2016 Sh.Naginder Benipal, the learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 on instructions submitted that steps have already been initiated for getting the premises in question vacated. He also submits that in fact by order dated 15.02.2016 of the Directorate of Estates, Ministry of Urban Development, Government of India, the respondent No.3 was asked to pay the dues and damages for overstay in the Government premises. In the light of what has been stated by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, it is not necessary to entertain the writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
