1. The matter has been placed before this Court by the learned Registrar General in terms of the correspondence dated 12.07.2024 of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, North West, Rohini Courts for transfer of the present case to the Court dealing with MPs/MLAs cases.

2. Vide Order dated 1.7.2024, learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, North West District, Rohini has observed that the file had been received from the Court of learned ASJ-II/Special Judge, NDPS, North West vide his order dated 21.05.2024 for its onward transmission to the learned Registrar General of this Court so that the same may be transferred to the Court of learned ASJ constituted for trial of MPs/MLAs cases.

3. 4. The matter is accordingly disposed of.
