This is a petition filed seeking the following reliefs: - "(i) That the respondent No.1 & 2 may be directed to conduct speedy, proper and fair investigation in the FIR No. 326/2022, under Section 379/427/120B/34 IPC and, P.S. Maidan Garhi, Delhi and submit report in accordance with law before the Hon'ble Metropolitan Magistrate within 4 (four) weeks of the receipt of this petition."

Mr. Sinha, learned ASC states on instructions from the Investigating Officer ('IO') that three (3) persons have been examined by the IO and bound down. He states that the charge-sheet will be filed within four (4) weeks and investigation shall also be completed. 3.
