At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 22.07.2024, liberty had been granted to the remaining petitioners to file appropriate writ petitions in their individual capacity in accordance with law. He submits that the present petitioners have also filed petition afresh and, therefore, the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition. 2.
