Learned Counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a mediated Settlement Agreement dated 22.08.2025 [hereinafter referred to as "Settlement Agreement"] has been entered into.

Learned Counsel for the parties further submit that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the amounts that have been deposited with the Registry of this Court in terms of the order dated 20.12.2022 as well as the amount that is set out in the Settlement Agreement would be paid by the Petitioner to Respondent No.2 in full and final settlement of all his claims The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. may be released to the Respondents.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement. It sets out that at the time of the execution of the Settlement Agreement, the Petitioner has handed over a Demand Draft to Respondent No.2 in the sum of Rs.13,32,814/-. Respondent No.2 acknowledges receipt of the said amount. 4.

The parties agree that this settlement constitutes a full and final settlement inter se the disputes between the parties. 5.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforegoing terms. Pending Applications stand closed.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Registry is directed to release the amounts deposited inclusive of up to date interest in favour of the Respondent No.2.
